Tactics used by a team is always changing depending on the condition that occurs during a game in progress. In essence there are three tactics that are used namely; Survived Attack, and Normal.
Official
A match was ruled by a referee who has "full authority to run the game according to game rules in a game that has been diutuskan him" (Rule 5), and decisions on the release of the game is considered final. The referee is assisted by two assistant referees (formerly called the judge / linesman). In many match referees also helped by a fourth official who can replace one other official if diperlukan.selain that they also need tools to assist the course petandingan such as:
1. board replacement players
2. tables and chairs
Team
Each team has a maximum of eleven players, one of whom must be the goalkeeper. Sometimes there are regulations which require minimum number of championship players on a team (usually eight).
The goalkeeper is allowed to take the ball with hand or arm in the penalty box in front of the goalkeeper.
Other players in both teams are prohibited to hold the ball with their hands or arms when the ball is still in the game, but may use other body parts. Exceptions to this rule applies when the ball kicked out over the line and throw in a made to return the ball into the game.
A number of players (the amount differs depending on the league and the country) can be replaced by substitutes during the game. Common reasons include substitution of a player injury, fatigue, kekurangefektifan, change tactics, or to throw a bit of time at the end of a match. In the standard game, the player who has been replaced may return to play in those games.
Playground
Standard field size
Field used is usually a field of grass or rectangular. With a length of 100-110 meters and a width of 64-75 meters. In both the short side, there is a goal of 24 x 8 feet, or 7.32 x 2.44 meters.
Old games
Old normal football game is 2 × 45 minutes, plus resting for 15 minutes (sometimes 10 minutes). If the same position a draw, extra time will be held during 2 × 15 minutes, to get a winner, but if just as strong then held on penalties.
Old standard game
A standard adult matches consist of two rounds each over 45 minutes. Generally there are 15-minute rest period between the second round.
Extra time and penalties
Most of the game usually ends after the second round, with a team wins the game or the ending of the series. Even so, some games, notably that requires an additional round of winners entered into so-called extra-time when the game ended a draw: two rounds each over 15 minutes played. Until recently, the IFAB have tried to use some form of the system of 'sudden death', but they now have not been used.
If the result is still a draw after extra time, use some of the championship on penalties to decide the winner. There are also other championship games that require it to be repeated.
It should be noted that the goals scored during the extra period counted into the final results, different from that produced goals from the penalty spot which is only used to determine the winner of the match.
Referee as the official timer
Referee who led the match number one person and assisted two people as a line judge. Then aided referee who helped spare the event of replacement players and announced additional time. At the World Cup in 2006, used an official to-five.
Experiments using gold and goals scored silver
View: Goals of silver; Golden goal.
At the end of the 1990s, trying to make the game more IFAB may end without requiring a penalty shootout, which is often regarded as less appropriate way to end the game.
An example is the system of silver goals that ended the match when a goal scored first in extra time, golden goals and ending the game if an extra-time goals scored in the second one.
Both these systems have been discontinued by the IFAB.
Major international championship
S largest international championship soccer World Cup is organized by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association. The World Cup is held every four years. More than 190 national team to compete in regional qualifying tournaments for a place in the grand final. Finals tournament which lasted for four weeks now involves 32 national team (up from 24 in 1998).

Football has been played at the Olympics since 1900. (Except at the 1932 Olympics in Los Angeles). Initially this is only for amateur players, but since Los Angeles 1984 Olympics professional players also began to play, accompanied by rules that prevent countries than they played the strongest team. At this time, the Olympic tournament for men is the U-23 tournament are allowed to ditamnbahi some players over the age. Consequently, this tournament does not have international interests and prestige in common with the World Cup, or even with the Euro, Copa America or the African Nations Cup.
In contrast, the Olympic tournament for women to bring the prestige that is almost the same as FIFA Women's World Cup, the tournament played by international teams is complete without the age restriction.
